Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice using the same form, clearly stating that it is a counter-notice. Your submission must include the required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3): identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief, your name and address, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat-infringer policy
Users of this platform who receive multiple valid takedown notices have their accounts terminated. User-generated content (coloring artworks shared from the online editor) is subject to this policy.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), submitting a takedown notice with material misrepresentations — including notices filed without good-faith belief or for an unrelated purpose — may subject you to liability for damages and attorney fees.
