The seven dwarfs huddle around Snow White in a solemn scene. She lies lifelessly on the ground, her skin pallid and her deep, chocolate hair fanned around her face. The dwarfs, who form a close bond with Snow White, are all wearing concerned expressions. To complete the sympathetic moment, I would suggest coloring the characters’ skin in soft, warm hues of beige, peach and oatmeal and their clothes in muted earth tones. Use a palette of mauve, teal and pink for Snow White to make her look more serene against the soft colors of the dwarves. Add to the dramatic effect by giving Snow White’s hair a hint of black in amongst the brown tresses. Lastly, complete the scene with shades of emerald green in the grass below and azure in the sky above.
