I would color this page with a deep blue night sky, with stars and a crescent moon to hint at a fantastical setting. I would use two shades of green for the snake, one a more muted grassy green and the other a bright lime shade to give the impression of a bright and dangerous being. Then I would use a bright turquoise and purple to highlight the Genie, showing the vibrancy and power of the creature.
