Princess Merida of DunBroch stands proudly against the four older, powerful lords that represent the four clans of the kingdom. She has a determined and fierce expression, while they look upon her with various expressions of anger and defeat. Behind Merida is a stone hearth, and all of them are surrounded by a vast landscape of rolling hills and rocky escarpments. To bring justice and balance to the scene, I would employ vibrant shades of red and orange for Merida and her fiery personality, with cooler greens and blues for the lords and for the landscape. For the fire of the hearth, I would choose earth tones and warming red and yellow hues, highlighting the importance of the stone for the kingdom. Overall, the coloring of this page should impart a sense of pride, strength and reverence.
