For those who wish to recolor this scene, I would recommend using warm tones to bring out the blazing fire. Starting with a paler yellow for the burning building, adding darker, more vibrant oranges and reds, and finishing off with touches of black to emphasize the smoldering. Mocha or light browns could also be used to suggest the cityscape far below. A pale sky blue could be used to represent the night sky and further highlight Hiro and Baymax who, I would suggest be colored in cool tones to create contrast against the fire.
