To color this scene, I suggest using a sky blue for the sky, a light tan for the ground, a navy blue for the black jeeps and a deep red for the red jeep. For the figures, skin tones of orange and grey should be used. Finally, to tie the scene together, one could use bright yellows and oranges for the sun and their surroundings.
