To bring out the features of the tanks, use a metallic gray for the base and lighter shades of gray for the walls of the tanks. The pipes and valves can be painted in shades of red or yellow, for a pop of color, and the ladder could be painted in a brighter shade of yellow. The liquid in the tanks can be made to look like it is reflecting the light with a shimmering effect. Finally, a few patches of darker colors can be used to provide interesting shadows and textures on the coloring page.
