When coloring the Capitol Building, I would draw attention to its regal features, by using colourful hues of blue, green and white to truly bring out its grandeur. The trees and lawn can be given a bright emerald/leafy green, creating a pleasant contrast to the white walls and dome, while the pathways could be given a warm yellow-brown to draw attention to the hustle and bustle of the city. Finally, highlights can be given to the building's exterior to ensure a realistic, 3D effect.
