This small and adorable bipedal Pokémon has a Pikachu-like appearance, being primarily light yellow with brown accents. It has large, oval eyes with black pupils and a small, black nose. Its mouth is perpetually hidden behind a cloth covering, giving it a somewhat sad appearance. Two triangular ears are perched atop its head and directly below them are two small, brown spots. Its thin arms have Pikachu-like black bands around them, with a thin tail below. Its body is covered in a cotton-candy-pink hooded cape with a ruff around the edge.
If we were to color this image, we'd suggest starting by bringing out its thick, yellow fur with a lighter shade of yellow and its brown accents with both a darker and lighter brown. Use darker yellow for the eyes, smaller black spots for the pupils, and darker brown for the nose and bands around the arms.
