Legendary Pokémon Palkia is a majestic creature with a long neck and tail. The majority of its body is a deep blue, with light blue spots running along its neck, back, and fins. It has a pear-shaped head adorned with a large, red jewel, and two long black horns extending from either side of its head. Palkia has two piercing blue eyes, and four white, fin-like appendages on its back. It is complemented by a long, blue tail. For added texture and depth, you could opt to color its blue body with a light blue halo effect, while leaving its white underbelly and fin-like appendages in a bright white. To bring the coloring page to life, you could add gradient shading to create an iridescent effect reflecting light off of the jewel on Palkia's forehead, giving it a glimmering and dazzling appearance.
