This little blue Pokemon looks so adorable! It has an oval-shaped body with a white belly, and two large black ears on either side of its head. Its tail has a white tip and, when it looks up, two black eyes can be seen peeking beneath its ears. It looks like it would be great fun to color it. I would start with the body and adding a bright blue fill - using lighter and darker hues to create some dynamic shading. Next, I would add white to the belly and then a pale gray or light brown outline to separate the two colors. To bring this little Pokemon to life, I would add some faint highlights to its ears in gray and then use a black pen to draw an outline around it. To finish up, I would use a light brown to highlight the tail and outline its eyes for a more realistic effect.
