This Togetic looks really cute! Its head is mostly white, but it has blue spots on its wings and a bright blue crest on its head. Its lower half is a cheerful red and white striped pattern. We can almost imagine it happily flying around and using its signature move, Fly. The ability to learn Metronome is also a very special trait, which is why Togetic is so beloved by Pokemon trainers.
If you are looking to color this Pokemon, I would suggest highlighting the blue parts with a bright and cheerful blue, while the white and red stripes could be done in a lighter shade of red and white. The background may look really nice in a pale yellow or light blue. You could even add some virtual stars here and there for a truly magical effect!
