This large, furry Pokémon has shaggy, warm brown fur and a bright red stripe along its back. Its bright red ruff around its neck gives it a regal expression. Its snout is short and stubby, and four small pointed teeth can be seen between its upper jaws. Above its small black nose are two dark red eyes, and its triangular ears have light brown interiors.
On its back there are six spiny red patches, and it has a long, curling, orange tail with a spiny tip. Its stomach and legs are both light brown and it has black paw pads and three toes on each foot.
For a vibrant and textured look, try to blend a variety of light and dark browns to create a realistic fur texture. For the red markings, start with a medium red for the stripe and the ruff, then move to a lighter, cooler red around the eyes, ears, and spines. Try blending bright oranges and reds for the tail and feet, to make them really stand out. And don’t forget to add a few touches of white to the tips of the spines!
