This peculiar Pokemon has a vibrant blue color that would look brilliant when shaded properly. It has two red eyes and a white underbelly with a red triangle adorning its forehead. Its hands and feet have a webbed texture, and it has three black spots gracefully shaped on its back. I would suggest coloring in the blue of the body with lighter and darker shades of blue, to give it a 3D effect and make the Pokemon appear to jump off the paper. I would also suggest shading the eyes, triangle, feet and hands with a dark red or pink hue to complement the blue. The white underbelly could be filled in with a bright white as well, providing a delightful contrast when finished.
