Pokemon Poliwag is an adorable aquatic Pokemon, easily identifiable by its blue and white body, black spiral on its stomach, and large, black eyes. Its thin, long tail hangs down with two small legs and three-toed feet. To fully bring out its adorable characteristics, I recommend to fill its body with a gentle and bright sky blue, while highlighting its stomach and eyes with a slightly lighter shade of blue. To contrast with the blue, use white, grey, or light black for its tail and feet. And, finally, to create a dramatic effect, use a dark black color to emphasize the black spiral on its stomach.
