This beautiful blue Pokémon looks like a butterfly! Its top half is bright yellow with black markings across its head and stripes running down its abdomen. It has two small, white fangs on either side of its mouth, and two pairs of white wings with black spots. Its small black body really brings out its other colors! To really make this Pokémon stand out, I would go with a lighter shade of blue for the body, and make the wings brighter with a white base, then lightly fill in the black spots. The yellow top could be left as-is, or perhaps a slightly brighter shade could be used for extra vibrancy. Additionally, adding some white highlights to the stripes could make them pop even more.
