I'm looking at this cute little Pokémon with an eager expression and a splash of colour around it. It has an egg shaped body and a neon pink headband that goes from the front of its head to the tip of its tail. Its eyes are mesmerisingly blue, with flecks of pink peeking through the pupils. Its two tiny arms are extending out with a slightly upturned hand, seemingly in anticipation. Its two short, spindly legs are curved and lined in a gradient of white to pink. And the finishing touch of this captivating creature is its big, fluffy tail that is full of life and vibrancy.
To colour it I would go bright and cheerful, trying to capture the bouncy energy that exudes from it. I would start off with a light blue base, then use a water colour effect with shades of pink and purple, as if a unicorn had sneezed on it. The headband I would make more vivid with a pink tone, and if I had a glitter pen I'd add some sparkle to the eyes. To complete the look I'd use a darker shade of pink for the tail and a brighter white for the main outline.
