This is a Trumbeak, a Normal/Flying type Pokemon. It has a round head with white eyes with black pupils, a black beak with a red tip, two black wings with red tips, and a black tail with a red tip. It has two black feet with red claws and it stands on two feet on the ground. I would color it a few different shades of brown, with the beak and accents colored in bright red. For the eyes, I would use a light yellow color and a dark brown color. The outline can be done with a thin black marker, to bring out its features and bring the colors together. To make the colors stand out more, try a subtle indication of highlighting in some areas. Have fun!
