Harry and the dragon are locked in an epic battle. The dragon is huge and menacing with blazing scales of bright red, the smoke from its nostrils filling the air. Harry is a formidable opponent; brave and courageous, wielding a magic wand with which he will swoop in to save the day. They are Blast-Ended Skrewts, a magical creature only found in the world of wizardry.
For the coloring page, I suggest starting out with a medium or dark shade of blue to set the moody and magical atmosphere of the scene. Harry should be colored a cool shade of lighter blue, with contrasting black lines to highlight the details of the wand. The dragon should then be colored a bright red, using a few different shades to really bring attention to its intimidating size. Details like the smoke from its nostrils could be colored in a range of dark and light grays. Finally, a light color such as yellow could be used to accent Harry’s heroic figure, for a final contrast to the dark blue backdrop.
