Bullfinch coloring page

Small, plump bird on thin, dead branch. Black head, white cheeks, small black beak. Snow-covered forest in background.
This charming little bird is perched atop a barren, winter tree branch. Its wings sparkle a warm, orange-brown against the cold, snow-covered background of the forest. Its head is black with contrasting white cheeks, and its beak is a sharp, tiny black triangle. To make the scenery look more wintery, use soft blues and whites to represent the snow. For the shadowy, feathery look of the bird, use cool greens and browns. To bring out the orange-brown of the bird’s wings, add a few touches of yellow and red. Finally, brighten up the scene by using a light gray to highlight the shape of the tree.
