To color this page, start with the stove and the pan, shading the handle, rim, and base of the pan with a soft grey. Then, carefully color the eggs, considering the ability to see that the yolks are broken and the egg whites are cooked. For the egg whites, blend several shades of yellow to add depth and texture while adding a yellow light green to the yolks. Finally, a dash of black or burnt umber might be added to the edge of the pan and at the point where the eggs meet the pan to create a deep shadow.
