To really showcase this happy snowman, I would add some shading to him for dimension, giving him some shadows and highlights. His hat could be shaded a bit darker, in a deep black color. The scarf could be colored in two different shades of red, a lighter, brighter color and a deeper one, to create some more depth. Add some sparkles on the snowman's body, like he's been playing in the snow, and draw small stars in the night sky in the top right corner. Lastly, add a splash of yellow near the snowman's feet and cheeks to give him some rosiness.
